    Responsibilities for a CNC Operator include but are not limited to:

    + Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, or form metal workpieces to specifications.

    + Review specifications, blueprints, and production schedules to determine machining sequence.

    + Measure parts for conformance using micrometers, calipers, and functional gauges.

    + Maintain production logs and report discrepancies to CNC Specialists or Supervisors.

    Candidates for CNC Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + Ability to read and interpret tape measures or measuring devices.

    + Machine Operator experience preferred.

    + Must be able to speak and understand English and follow directions.

    + Ability to use basic hand tools and apply reasoning to solve problems.

    Physical & Environmental Demands:

    + Regularly lift up to 35 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

    + Manual dexterity required for assembling parts accurately.

    + Exposure to constant noise, dust, grease, and oils.

    + Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, and reach above shoulders up to 25% of the time.

    + Near and far vision and hearing (aids permitted) required.

    + Understanding of MSDS and handling hazardous materials.

    + Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

    + Regular good attendance is essential.

     

    What's in this CNC Operator position for you?

     

    + Pay: $ 18.63/hr

    + Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm

    + Type: Temp to Hire

    + Bonus: $1000 sign-on bonus after 90 days (based on performance/attendance)

    **Pay Details:** $18.63 per hour
