Land Surveyor / Survey Technician

We’re looking for a motivated Survey Technician to support a variety of exciting projects across Connecticut and New York. In this role, you’ll combine fieldwork and office drafting to help define property boundaries, guide construction layouts, and produce topographical surveys using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
What You’ll Do
+ Create detailed topographical surveys, property boundaries, and construction layouts using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
+ Manage survey data—uploading, downloading, and integrating it into CAD systems.
+ Research land records and analyze property information to support accurate survey documentation.
+ Collaborate closely with engineers and project teams to ensure precision and efficiency.
What You Bring
+ 1+ years of experience in land surveying or CADD drafting.
+ Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
+ Familiarity with survey drafting and construction layout techniques.
+ A detail-oriented mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
