    We are seeking dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Technicians to join our dynamic team, working on the 2nd shift with a 15% shift differential. This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance within a growing Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) in the biotech industry.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with GMP standards and safety protocols.

    + Proactively identify and report safety hazards and incidents.

    + Accurately complete GMP documentation and review basic records such as logbooks.

    + Assist in revising procedures under direct supervision.

    + Participate in investigations and support execution of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

    + Contribute to small-scale continuous improvement initiatives.

    + Perform assigned production activities, ensuring all required training is completed and compliant prior to operations.

    + Apply basic problem-solving skills to identify abnormal results and escalate issues appropriately.

    + Demonstrate proficiency in designated process areas.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent required; college-level Chemistry degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

    + A biotechnology certificate or college degree is preferred.

    + Knowledge of basic laboratory instrumentation such as use of pH meter, UV instrumentation, and solution delivery systems (process skids).

    + Two plus years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.

Current openings are available on the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 15% shift differential.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milford, Massachusetts.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $36.00/hr.
