Overview
Join a compassionate and fast-paced pediatric practice as a Clinical Receptionist, where your attention to detail and warm personality will help create a welcoming experience for patients and families. This is a front-line role that blends administrative excellence with meaningful patient interaction.
What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and positive patient experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Greeting and checking patients in and out with professionalism and care
+ Answering incoming calls and routing them appropriately
+ Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
+ Verifying patient information and ensuring accuracy in records
+ Supporting registration processes using medical terminology
+ Providing general administrative and clerical support to the clinical team
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment and brings:
+ 4+ years of front desk or administrative experience (or 2+ years with an Associate’s degree)
+ Experience with Epic EMR software
+ Strong customer service and communication skills
+ Familiarity with healthcare operations and terminology
+ A positive attitude, reliability, and ability to multitask under pressure

+ Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy setting
+ Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Work Environment
This role is based in a pediatric medical office with working hours between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM, typically 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
