Adecco is partnering with a leading Engineering Services company to recruit and hire a full time **Engineering Manager – Construction Materials Testing (PE)** in Reno, NV.
This position will oversee all Construction Materials Testing operations, including project management, field services, lab activities, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage all phases of Construction Materials Testing and field engineering projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and technical standards
+ Supervise engineers, project managers, and technicians; develop and mentor staff
+ Review technical reports, calculations, and proposals
+ Oversee department budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and financial performance
+ Support business development through client and community engagement
+ Attend site meetings, resolve field issues, and ensure accurate reporting
Qualifications:
+ PE license is required
+ BS in Civil Engineering or related field
+ 6+ years of experience in relevant engineering, construction, or materials testing role
+ Leadership and project management experience
+ Strong technical knowledge of ASTM standards, soil classifications, and construction materials (concrete, asphalt, soil, steel)
+ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
+ Must be comfortable with physical activity and variable site conditions.

+ Base salary in the $180k-200k range

**Pay Details:** $190,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
