Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager will oversee and plan all aspects of mechanical construction projects, specifically working on data centers. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical construction, coming from a Project Engineer or Project Manager role. This position offers training from the outgoing Project Manager, who is committed to ensuring a smooth transition for the new hire.

Responsibilities

+ Oversee and plan mechanical construction projects.

+ Coordinate with teams to ensure project success and completion.

+ Manage project documentation and control processes.

+ Utilize BluBeam and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for project tasks.

+ Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.

+ Ensure projects adhere to construction documents and standards.

Essential Skills

+ Project management experience in mechanical or commercial construction.

+ Proficiency in mechanical construction and project engineering.

+ Ability to use BluBeam and Microsoft Excel effectively.

+ Strong communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management is a plus.

+ Experience with Gemini software is beneficial.

+ A driven personality with the ability to work independently.

+ Client-facing and team collaboration skills.

Work Environment

The work schedule is 7 AM to 4 PM from Monday to Friday, with occasional early finishes on Fridays. The company values work-life balance and employee success, providing a supportive culture where many employees have been with the company for 10-25 years.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Sparks, Nevada.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
