    What You’ll Do

    + Lead field crews on residential and commercial site surveys.

    + Conduct topographical surveys, boundary assessments, and construction layouts.

    + Perform land record research to ensure project accuracy.

    + Manage survey data workflows, including uploads/downloads and drafting in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

    + Deliver precise, efficient results in both field and office environments.

    What You Bring

    + 3–5 years of land surveying experience.

    + Proven leadership as a crew or party chief.

    + Expertise in boundary surveying, construction layouts, and topographical surveys.

    + Familiarity with Trimble instruments, Trimble data collectors, and GNSS systems.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

    Bonus Skills

    + Experience running a survey crew independently.

    + Strong organizational and communication abilities.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
