• QMS Specialist - Construction

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Quality Manager to oversee and support quality assurance programs across active corporate projects. This role ensures compliance with client contracts, internal quality management systems (QMS), and project-specific procedures. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in QA/QC, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage project quality programs in alignment with client contracts and specifications.

    + Provide quality oversight and guidance to ensure effective implementation of quality activities across corporate projects.

    + Monitor and audit critical projects to ensure compliance with QMS and project procedure manuals.

    + Maintain and improve the QMS by developing and revising standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

    + Lead field staff in preparing project, quality, and safety manuals that align with corporate QMS standards.

    + Deliver field training to support quality and safety goals.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field (required).

    + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a QA/QC role, preferably within project management or the construction industry.

    + Quality Certification (e.g., ASQ, ISO) is preferred.

    + Strong communication and organizational skills.

    + Proficiency in computer applications and quality management tools.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
