    Job Title: Laboratory Manufacturing Associate

    Responsibilities

    + Champion a safety-driven culture and ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

    + Manufacture, inspect, and package products following written processes.

    + Work at a pace that meets or exceeds established time standards while maintaining product quality.

    + Build, inspect, and package products using applicable equipment and following written procedures.

    + Identify quality issues or workmanship deficiencies related to equipment, assembly, inspection processes, materials, and the manufacturing environment.

    + Comply with GMP requirements by maintaining training records and completing data entry accurately and timely.

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

    + Comply with all company policies and procedures.

    + Cross-train across multiple product lines.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + Associates or Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred

    Work Environment

    The role is set in a cleanroom manufacturing environment, requiring full PPE and adherence to SOPs. The work schedule is Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 4:30 pm, with potential additional hours on Friday if needed. Initially, the role involves desk work until full-time manufacturing begins.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
