Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to lead our Accounting Department and collaborate closely with the Chief Financial Officer. This role is vital in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, maintaining compliance with internal policies, and overseeing essential accounting operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial management, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Accounting Department, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to organizational policies.

• Manage and maintain the integrity of the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely entries.

• Supervise the financial close process, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer to support strategic financial initiatives and reporting.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

• Lead the preparation and submission of annual financial reports.

• Implement and oversee document control processes, including scanning and compiling financial documents.

• Facilitate audits by providing accurate documentation and responding to inquiries.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement within accounting operations and implement solutions. Requirements • Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.

• Proven expertise in document control, scanning, and compiling financial records.

• Strong knowledge of annual financial reporting standards and requirements.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is a plus.
