• ERP/CRM Consultant

    Robert Half Technology (Detroit, MI)


    Description We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to manage and optimize NetSuite systems for our client in Detroit, Michigan. This role will involve overseeing daily system operations, implementing solutions aligned with business objectives, and providing technical guidance to various teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the platform supports organizational growth while maintaining efficiency and innovation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Configure, maintain, and enhance the NetSuite system to support daily operations and long-term business goals.

    • Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement ERP solutions that drive efficiency.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and advancements in ERP technologies.

    • Develop custom features, SuiteApps, workflows, and dashboards tailored to evolving business needs.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalating complex problems to development or support teams as needed.

    • Manage user roles, permissions, and access configurations to ensure security and compliance.

    • Create detailed reports, saved searches, and integrations to support data-driven decision-making.

    • Provide training and documentation for users to enhance system adoption and understanding.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERP functionality with organizational goals.

    • Recommend complementary technologies to enhance ERP-centered business processes. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

    • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in ERP/CRM systems, particularly NetSuite.

    • Proficiency in SuiteScript development, workflow automation, and system configurations.

    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

    • Experience integrating financial data across enterprise platforms.

    • Solid understanding of IT principles, system architecture, and emerging technologies.

    • Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

    • NetSuite Administrator Certification is preferred but not required. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
