Description

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in Hauppauge, New York. In this role, you will manage payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with multi-state regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in payroll systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute full-cycle payroll processes for employees across multiple states.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

• Manage payroll for a workforce up to 5000 employees.

• Utilize ADP to process and maintain payroll data accurately.

• Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.

• Prepare and review payroll reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align payroll processes with organizational policies.

• Monitor changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration.

• Proficiency in full-cycle payroll operations and multi-state payroll processing.

• Expertise in using ADP similar payroll systems.

• Strong understanding of payroll regulations at federal, state, and local levels.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Effective communication skills for addressing payroll concerns and providing solutions
