    Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Support Clerk to join our team in City of Industry, California. In this Contract-to-Permanent role, you will play a key part in supporting quality assurance operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a well-established company while gaining valuable experience in quality control processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide daily administrative and documentation support to the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams.

    • Review and organize production batch records, inspection reports, and testing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

    • Enter quality-related data into internal systems and maintain both electronic and physical records in an orderly manner.

    • Verify production batch calculations, product weights, and formulation documentation for compliance with quality standards.

    • Assist with sample submissions, product labeling, and traceability documentation to ensure proper tracking.

    • Communicate with production and warehouse teams to uphold company quality standards and regulatory compliance.

    • Support the preparation of documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.

    • Perform additional duties as needed to assist the quality and production teams in meeting operational goals. Requirements • 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting, with a preference for experience in cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical industries.

    • Strong foundational math skills, including the ability to perform calculations and verify data accurately.

    • Familiarity with quality control and assurance documentation practices; knowledge of relevant regulations is a plus.

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.
