Description We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst specializing in Artificial Intelligence to join our team in Draper, Utah. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes and drive innovation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage cutting-edge technology to address complex challenges and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with department leaders to identify business challenges that can be addressed with AI solutions.

• Assess and compare options such as third-party SaaS tools, vendor platforms, or custom-built applications to meet organizational needs.

• Prepare comprehensive business cases and process improvement strategies based on data-driven insights.

• Deliver presentations to senior leadership highlighting proposed solutions and their potential impact.

• Oversee the implementation of approved AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems and workflows.

• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business objectives into clear technical requirements.

• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented AI solutions to ensure they meet expected outcomes.

• Stay updated on AI trends and technologies to recommend innovative approaches for continuous improvement. Requirements • At least seven years of experience in business analysis or a similar role focused on technology projects.

• Proven ability to identify business needs and develop actionable strategies.

• Fundamental knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data-driven technologies.

• Experience leading project implementations and working collaboratively with technical teams.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for evaluating solutions and business cases.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
