    • Key Responsibilities

    • Commercial Real Estate (80%)

    + Lead property acquisitions & dispositions 🏘️

    + Negotiate leases & manage contracts 📜

    + Review titles, surveys & coordinate closings 🗂️

    + Collaborate with internal teams & external partners 🤝

    •️ General Legal Oversight (20%)

    + Advise on corporate governance, compliance & risk 🚨

    + Manage outside counsel relationships 🧑‍⚖️

    + Mentor two paralegals 👩‍💼👨‍💼

    + Stay current on laws & regulations 📚

    Requirements

    • Qualifications

    + J.D. from an accredited law school 🎓

    + Active bar membership ✅

    + 5+ years of legal experience, with a focus on commercial real estate 🏢

    + Strong judgment, communication & interpersonal skills 💬

    + Commitment to long-term growth 🌱
