Description We are looking for a skilled Hardware Analyst to join our team in Hilliard, Ohio. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while contributing to product quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities and a hands-on approach to solving complex hardware issues.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, test, and evaluate customer-returned equipment to identify and verify complaints.

• Perform diagnostic assessments and repair services on defective hardware.

• Document findings thoroughly, including database entries and visual evidence.

• Communicate unique or new observations to quality assurance and engineering teams.

• Escalate safety-related issues promptly to ensure compliance and customer well-being.

• Manage inventory processes, including receiving and transferring items and supporting quarterly cycle counts.

• Oversee the receiving and packaging of customer returns to ensure safe shipping.

• Collaborate on maintaining efficient workflows and adherence to service procedures. Requirements • Proven experience in repairing electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and assignments effectively.

• Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.

• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Competence in utilizing various database tools for data entry and management.

• Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
