    Key responsibilities

    - Provide support to attorney through all phases

     

    - Data base management of all relevant documents

     

    - Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of work

     

    - Research and analyze intricate legal documents

    Requirements

    - Foundational knowledge in Estate Law

     

    - Expertise in tax returns

     

    - Proven knowledge of Probate

     

    - Probate & Estate Administration experience desired

     

    - Docketing experience

     

    - Deep understanding of estate planning

     

    - Attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

     

    - Strong problem-solving skills

     

    - Capable of taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

     

    - Possessing an understanding of word processing and spreadsheets is desired

     

    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
