Description

We are looking for a dedicated People Associate to join our team in Richardson, Texas. This hybrid role requires working onsite from Tuesday to Thursday and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic service center environment. As a long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in managing service tickets, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage service tickets by logging, tracking, and resolving requests or issues through internal systems, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.

• Perform regular data entry tasks, maintaining and updating records in relevant databases with precision and attention to detail.

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates on ticket statuses.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and a positive working environment.

• Uphold compliance and quality standards in all tasks, ensuring adherence to organizational policies.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software tools, including ServiceNow and PeopleSoft, to perform daily responsibilities efficiently.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring clear and effective communication.

• Maintain data integrity by verifying and correcting information as needed.

• Document processes and updates thoroughly to support organizational transparency and accountability.

Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

• High school diploma or equivalent education level.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer functions.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow and PeopleSoft applications is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

• Excellent multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities effectively.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, adaptable to different audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
