THE POSITION

Join our compassionate team at Grace Ridge Retirement Community as an Activities Supervisor and play a vital role in creating engaging and dynamic experiences for our community. As the Activities Supervisor, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of activities and events, ensuring they are fun, inclusive, and enriching for all participants. Your leadership and creativity will inspire both staff and participants, fostering a vibrant and welcoming environment. A ssociate’s degree required. Bachelor’s preferred. Experience and training in Recreational Programming, therapeutic recreation, group dynamics and supervising employees and BLS through the American Heart Association (AHA) are required.
