    Jacobs is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager with healthcare building experience to lead complex construction projects from concept to completion. As the onsite Owner’s Representative, you’ll oversee scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality while resolving project challenges and driving performance.

    * Manage healthcare facility projects onsite in Texas

    * Lead construction oversight and issue resolution

    * Coordinate teams, contractors, and stakeholders

    * Ensure delivery aligns with program goals and client expectations

    * Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and significant related experience.

    * 7+ years of related design and construction project management experience with education or healthcare buildings

    * Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management (gmp/ lump sum), project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building

    * Strong working knowledge in vendor procurements, change order negotiation, budget and schedule management, operational governances, client satisfaction and management,

    * Develop project engineer’s careers and development.

    Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

    * Design Assist Delivery experience

    * Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
