Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Multicraft

Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on and adaptable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Mascot, TN. This multicraft role requires both mechanical and electrical skills, with welding experience being a strong plus. The ideal candidate will be ready to tackle various challenges with a positive and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

+ Perform maintenance and repairs on a wide range of progenerative equipment with provided training.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues across the facility.

+ Utilize micrometers and other precision tools, primarily working with 208V systems.

+ Support production needs with flexibility and a team-first approach.

+ Occasionally lift 50–60 lbs as part of daily responsibilities.

Essential Skills

+ Mechanical and electrical experience in a multicraft setting.

+ Familiarity with troubleshooting and working with pneumatics.

+ Comfortable learning and working with unfamiliar equipment.

+ Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Welding skills are preferred.

+ Experience with MIG welding.

+ Reliable, humble, and ready to work.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday through Thursday, from 4:30 AM to 2:30 PM. The facility is equipped for both mechanical and electrical work, with an emphasis on safety and collaboration. Employees are expected to maintain a professional and humble demeanor while performing their tasks.

This is a Contract position based out of Mascot, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
