    Job Title: Controls Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking skilled Controls Technicians to join our team on the 2nd and 3rd shifts, with two openings available on each shift. The 2nd shift runs from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, and the 3rd shift is from 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday. This role requires working every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday), with voluntary overtime available during the week. This position offers a shift premium of 10% for the 2nd shift and 6% for the 3rd shift. The work environment is highly automated, and technicians will be equipped with a laptop and communication device for team interactions.

    Responsibilities

    + Monitor PLC programs (Mitsubishi and/or Siemens) using various inspection logic and HMI.

    + Control system and equipment configuration changes documentation.

    + Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, inspection flow, and control components.

    + Troubleshoot various status issues with I/O Boards, encoders, light controllers, modules, and devices.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 3 years experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting on PLC Control Systems.

    + Understanding of electrical circuits and industrial systems.

    + Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and repairing PLC system faults.

    + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with Mitsubishi PLCs.

    + Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

    + Skills in automation and programming.

    Work Environment

     

    Our facility is enormous, requiring considerable walking between buildings and throughout the plant. The work environment includes a meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and brightly lit dry room where specific attire such as a garb and beard net may be necessary. We are committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization, emphasizing our 5S3K principles.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $77792.00/yr.

     

    The company offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees’ paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start. They provide $110 per week for employees to pay for babysitting services through a user-friendly app.
