    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Machine Operator I. This entry-level position involves packing boxes and palletizing products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role is designed for those looking to build a long-term career with us.

    Responsibilities

    + Monitor functions of equipment and operate according to documented procedures, maintaining operational logbooks.

    + Provide technicians with symptoms of equipment failures when required.

    + Assist in Preventative Maintenance (PM) following procedures.

    + Support material handling as necessary.

    + Maintain segregation of materials and lot and/or receiving numbers.

    + Keep the area clean and orderly.

    + Adhere to and demonstrate compliance with all company and department standard operating procedures, including GMP, device history record, hazard communication, and safety rules.

    + Utilize written procedures and training to accomplish tasks.

    + Accept full accountability for product quality.

    + Report unsolved problems encountered during the workday to a supervisor or management.

    + Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process, component inventories, and relative documentation.

    + Operate manufacturing equipment according to established specifications and standard operating procedures under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor.

    + Demonstrate steady progress in learning all equipment and jobs in the assigned manufacturing area.

    + Follow instructions from the supervisor while observing the quality of raw and finished goods before, during, and after production.

    Essential Skills

    + High school graduate or equivalent.

    + Ability to operate manufacturing equipment according to specifications.

    + Capable of maintaining accurate records and documentation.

    + Ability to adhere to safety and operational procedures.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in assembly is beneficial but not required.

    Work Environment

     

    This position requires working the night shift from 11 PM to 7:30 AM in a 100% onsite facility located in Londonderry, NH. The role involves working in a manufacturing environment where compliance with safety rules and standard operating procedures is paramount. Dress code is casual, but safety gear may be required as per company guidelines.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Londonderry, New Hampshire.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.28 - $21.28/hr.
