Position Summary
As a leader of a team of software development engineers, you will provide guidance and mentorship while establishing performance objectives that align with organizational goals. You will develop comprehensive strategies for software development projects, which include defining project requirements, establishing timelines, and setting deliverables to ensure efficient execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee risk assessment processes, resolve production issues, evaluate resource availability, and implement timely solutions to minimize operational disruptions.
Ensure adherence to industry best practices, quality standards, and current trends within the department.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and business stakeholders, to align priorities, address conflicts, and maintain strong working relationships.
Investigate and assess emerging software technologies, methodologies, and industry developments, leveraging innovative solutions and integrating optimal practices.
Provide expert technical direction, make informed decisions, and support the team in overcoming complex challenges.
Conduct thorough performance evaluations and foster a collaborative work environment that encourages continuous professional growth.
Team Management:
As part of the AT Network and Provider Organization, you will manage a team of software developers responsible for applications that process provider demographic, contract, and pricing information which is crucial in supporting mission critical processes. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the success of these initiatives.
Required Qualifications
+ 5+ years of experience including 2+ years’ experience of leading projects or managing directs
+ Experience with healthcare claim administration.
+ Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
+ Adept at business intelligence.
+ Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
+ Mastery of problem solving and decision-making skills.
+ Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Preferred Qualifications
+ Prior experience with managing provider data a large health insurer
Education
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$106,605.00 - $284,280.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
