    You will support recruitment efforts across a range of roles—from skilled

    trades to professional positions—to ensure SESI maintains access to qualified

    talent. This includes managing systems, processes, and internal engagement to

    meet hiring goals effectively.

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    + Expand SESI’s vendor network with a focuson critical skill areas

    + Manage and improve the onboardingexperience for new hires

    + Oversee applicant tracking systems andrelated processes

    + Promote SESI’s brand internally acrossSiemens Energy platforms (e.g., Yammer, SharePoint)

    What You Bring

    + Relevant degree preferred but not required

    + Minimum 3 years of experience inrecruitment or talent acquisition

    + Willingness to travel up to 10%

    + Strong organizational skills and attentionto detail

    + Familiarity with Salesforce or similarplatforms is a plus

    + Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the UnitedStates without need for current or future employer-sponsored workauthorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible forinternal transfers.
