    Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician II - Building (Building Mechanic). The Building Mechanic is responsible for the general maintenance, repairs and improvements of any given area of the Nampa Building Site.

    Key responsibilities for this position include:

    • Ground work (outside cleaning, garbage, weed spraying, etc.).

    • Change the HVAC & AC unit filters.

    • Pick up and deliver parts site wide.

    • Take care of building repairs, i.e. epoxy flooring, tile, sheet rock, painting, roof repair, plumbing, welding, basic electric etc.

    • Provide storeroom support

    • Contribute to continual process improvement and increased performance.

    • Attend department meetings and training as assigned by supervisor or manager.

    • Maintenance Tech IV will be required to know Mechanical, Electrical, PLC, and Pneumatic.

    Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

    Education

    • High School Diploma required.

    • Fluent in English both verbal and written.

    Specialized Knowledge

    • Electrical, and plumbing.

    Skills / Abilities

    • Ability to work well with others and possess strong interpersonal qualities.

    • Good communication skills

    • Self-Motivated

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Professional Certifications

    • Valid State issued driver's license
