About the Job
The Client Success Team ensures our 12,000+ global clients are delighted with their solutions and services, realizing value, and achieving desired business outcomes. The Strategic Project Manager role is highlighted by the ability to create and manage the project plan, scope, cost, and schedule using project management methodologies and processes. You will coordinate day-to-day work and activities for the project, requesting and assigning resources to project tasks, defining responsibilities to project team, auditing invoice and expense reports for accuracy, providing status updates to the client, and ensuring contract compliance. Ideal candidates have excellent time and project management skills along with excellent communication and collaboration skills
What you will do
• Identify any risk associated with the project to develop a mitigation plan to be communicated with the client
• Track and monitor project activities to ensure project team performance is accurate and on time against plan
• Negotiate and communicate any changes that will occur involving the project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Communicate all project activities on a regular basis to internal and external stakeholders including progress, risk, success, and challenges
• Conduct weekly project status meetings
• Collaborate with leadership to develop new and innovative project management concepts and methodologies
What you need
• BA/BS with 3+ years of experience OR 5 years of SaaS project management experience in lieu of degree requirement
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Office Suite, Microsoft Project, etc.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record of developing strong client relationships and delivering superb client experiences
• Ability to travel to client locations to provide project initiation, updates and oversight as needed
