    This is your chance to be part of a Revenue Management Consolidated Center \(RMCC\) that is offering owned, managed, and franchised Hilton hotels world\-class revenue management talent and tools\. As a Revenue Manager, Focus Service, you will supervise a team of up to 7 Revenue Specialists and oversee various projects that support the RMCC\-Americas objectives\. On the Focus Service Standard team, reporting to the Assistant Director, RMCC, you will work on projects to develop Revenue Specialists, identify hotel performance opportunities, and maximize RMCC efficiencies\.

    HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

    Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique\.

    What your day\-to\-day will be like:

    + Support team members by providing direction, offering feedback, and answering questions

    + Analyze hotel performance metrics to identify opportunities and increase revenue and key performance indicators

    + Communicate with hotel teams for advanced strategy needs and act as an extra layer of support for escalated concerns

    + Communicate and distribute information, strategies, and initiatives from RMCC leadership to Revenue Specialists and hotel teams

    How you will collaborate with others:

    + Partner with development team to ensure Revenue Specialists have clear understanding of revenue management principles

    + Connect with teams including GRO Support, GDM, and Performance Support to enhance revenue management system configurations and troubleshoot issues

    + Partner with other RMCC leaders on methods to increase effectiveness of RMCC deliverables

    What projects you will take ownership of:

    + Assist with performance reviews and career development of team

    + Oversee the yearly comprehensive audit including hotel configuration and strategies

    + Initiate quarterly check ins for hotels to ensure partner satisfaction and address any performance concerns

    WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

    You have these minimum qualifications:

    + Two \(2\) years of Revenue Management experience

    + Proficiency in Revenue Management systems and industry\-related reports such as STAR reports, GRO reporting, and shop reports

    + Accomplished in analyzing and explaining statistical data, developing strategies, and generating a course of action

    It would be useful if you have:

    + Three \(3\) years of professional working experience

    + One \(1\) year working in a supervisory role

    + Hospitality industry experience of Hilton's Revenue Management systems

    + Experience as a Revenue Manager for a portfolio of hotels
