Position Summary
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our L&D team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about helping others learn and grow. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and field leaders to design learning materials that are clear, engaging, and effective.
Key Responsibilities
+ Assist in designing and developing training materials including eLearning modules, job aids, instructor-led content, and microlearning assets.
+ Translate complex technical information into simple, easy-to-understand formats.
+ Use tools like Articulate 360, Canva, PDF, and PowerPoint to build visual and interactive learning assets.
+ Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and validate accuracy.
+ Support the rollout of training programs and track learner engagement.
+ Help maintain and organize content in our Learning Management System (LMS).
+ Participate in feedback sessions and revise content based on learner and stakeholder input.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ Strong writing and editing skills.
+ Basic understanding of adult learning principles.
+ Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools, preferably Articulate 360, is a plus.
+ Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, preferably LearnUpon, is a plus.
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
