    Production Lead

     

    Responsibility

     

    Check with the supervisor to ensure product is running on schedule.

     

    + Have proper equipment set up and operating properly before start up.

    + Complete all necessary reports. Enter all production numbers from floor into SAP.

    + Verify QC checks throughout shift and HACCP checks.

    + Ensure the line has an adequate supply of correct packing supplies

    + Check metal detectors.

    + Ensure the line is fully staffed.

    + Replace absent partners.

    + Train all new employees and monitor progress.

    + **_Performs other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by customer or client._**

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer experience is required.
