    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of Prior Automotive Service Technician experience REQUIRED.

    + Open to ALL brand experience.

    + SMOG Certified, a PLUS

    + The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed & strong negotiation skills.

    + Ability to build rapport with clients.

    High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug-free workplace.     The Flat Rate Range for this position is $17.00 - $62.00.

     

    This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.

     

    Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
