Summary:

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to manage and support Debt Manager and other default/risk systems. This role is critical to ensuring system stability, operational efficiency, and successful project execution across our credit and risk platforms. Duties & Responsibilities:

+ System Configuration & Maintenance:Configure, maintain, and support production environments for Debt Manager and related risk systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

+ Production Support:Provide timely resolution for system issues, including root cause analysis and preventive measures. Support business continuity through proactive monitoring and incident response.

+ Project Execution & Implementation:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation reviews.

+ Process Automation & Optimization:Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and configuration improvements that streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

+ Cross-Team Collaboration:Work closely with IT, vendors, reporting teams, and project managers to align system capabilities with business and regulatory requirements.

+ Availability & Flexibility:Be available to support production issues, scheduled maintenance, and project-related activities during evenings or weekends as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 4+ years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ Strong reporting skills

+ Ability to work closely with all levels of staff

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Must be a critical thinker and able to work independently or within a group

+ Consistently model high levels of professional demeanor and integrity
