Key Responsibilities:
+ Utilize working knowledge and skills gained through training and experience to support HR hiring activities effectively.
+ Identify problems and relevant issues in straightforward situations, assessing each using standard procedures to make informed decisions.
+ Operate within established procedures while receiving a moderate degree of supervision, ensuring compliance with HR guidelines.
+ Understand the relationship between assigned duties and the roles of other team members, fostering collaboration within the team and with related teams.
+ Manage individual workload effectively, ensuring timely completion of routine activities without supervisory responsibilities.
+ Recognize and resolve typical problems within the work area independently, selecting solutions from established options without requiring supervisory approval.
+ Contribute to the team's success by providing high-quality services and information, adhering to standardized procedures with regular supervision and guidance.
+ Use effective communication skills to exchange straightforward information with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may substitute for education.
+ Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role, with a focus on recruitment or hiring processes.
+ Fluent in Spanish preferred.
+ Onboarding experience in the Oil and Gas industry preferred.
+ Must be proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (this role is Excel-heavy).
+ Strong understanding of HR policies and standard operating procedures.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in straightforward situations.
+ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear information exchange.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following established procedures with moderate supervision.
+ Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
*This role will be onsite M-F, 8:00-4:30pm. The address is 1095 Mosswood Drive Sulphur LA.
