    Seasonal Boscov’s Store Operator- PT

     

    Do you have a passion for customer service? Are you proficient using a computer? Are you an enthusiastic problem solver? Then join our Care Center team today as a Store Operator! Our store operators answer calls for all of our store and non-store locations.

    Responsibilities include:

    + Transfer callers to the proper location and department

    + Provide store hours and answer general customer questions

    •all using brand new state of the art call center technology

    Job Requirements

    + Excellent customer service skills

    + Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including conflict resolution/negotiation skills

    + Ability to work in a fast paced & goal oriented environment

    + Excellent computer skills

    + Desire to learn additional skills to enhance level of customer services provided

    + Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM with some occasional weekend hours
