Sunstates Security is hiring a Full Time, Part Time and FLEX Security Officer in the Federalsburg, MD area. We are looking for ALL SHIFTS and ALL DAYS and seeking individuals that have availability to work on weekends (Friday-Monday).

We are offering a pay rate of $24.00/hr, with weekly pay! (This is a long temporary position)

This position will require patrol both indoors and outdoors in a construction type environment. These positions will require HIGH VISIBILTY as a deterrent to prevent theft and vandalism. Patrol will require both foot patrol and mobile patrol.

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Ability to be detail oriented.

Ability to work independently and as a team in collaboration with local law enforcement if needed.

Requirements:

+ Active MD License or supporting documents for renewal

+ 1-3 years of previous security, law enforcement of military preferred

+ Have valid drivers license and 3 years of good driving history

Security Experience

+ Advanced Training; De-escalation, Verbal Judo, etc.

+ Reliable Transportation

Education Requirements (All)

High School diploma or equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

MD Guard Card
