    Position Summary

    Seeking a remote based MFO, Manager Field Operations. This is an opportunity to join the growing US Oncology Business at BMS and contribute to a best-in-class Sales Strategy and Operations team. This position will support multiple regions."However, it is not required that you live within the Regions included.

    Key Res p onsibilities

    + Monitors & follows up on regional operating issues & activities ( i.e. ad hoc requests from home office & field).

    + Serves as a liaison with home office functional areas to troubleshoot regional operations issues, when needed ( i.e. Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Sales Learning, etc.).

    + Lead the pull-though, execution & analysis of Brand initiatives at the region level.

    + Assists in the planning of regional meetings and teleconferences. Assists two RBDs in development, communication and implementation of region business plans in addition to tracking and monitoring execution and performance.

    + Interprets productivity and performance reports to diagnose trends, opportunities, and potential business issues.

    + MFO provides recommendations to improve regional sales performance. Monitors and communicates resource allocation decisions to district business managers including promotional programs, D&E budgets, marketing materials, etc.

    + Assists RBDs with the development and execution of region communications. Provide subject matter expertise on all sales systems including: SharePoint, OneLook Specialty, Veeva/ InterAct , e-Roster, HCP Connect, RxVantage , a:Coach .

    + When necessary, and as directed by RBDs & Associate Director of Field Operations, conducts field contacts and provides coaching to TBMs on selling model and sales competencies.

    + Leading the inquiry/resolution process regarding sales reporting for field teams in both regions, and ad hoc requests from home office.

    + Leading and developing the Region TAP teams through supporting Region /E nterprise initiatives .

    + Support monthly Region TAP calls to review/train on latest national initiatives & technology updates.

    + Lead Bi-monthly National TAP calls w/Strat & Ops support.

    + Works closely with the MFO team to share learnings, expertise , and provide feedback.

    + Bring a diverse and innovative perspective to enhance our competitiveness and innovation.

    Preferred:

    + Well documented examples of strong leadership, strong compliant execution, and a winning mindset

    + Launch experience in a competitive market

    + Demonstrated experiences partnering with a district management to support the execution of approved brand tactics, and onboarding of new representatives

    Qualifications & Experience

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical or relevant sales experience .

    + Demonstrated ability to deliver on sales objectives .

    + Experience with customer base customer and market industry knowledge."

    + Successful experience working with the local sales matrix team to accomplish business objectives .

    + Strong sales performance track record .

    + Experience in supporting DBM with onboarding new representatives and assisting with training sales skills and product knowledge .

    + Understanding of the region BMS management matrix team .

    + Ability to apply customer insight and market industry knowledge to business decision making .

    + Skill in interpreting and using business and marketing analytics."

    + Knowledge and skill in development and execution of local sales plans that support strategic initiatives .

    + Knowledge of the sales process and selling skills .

    + Ability to impact and influence others with no direct reporting relationship."

    + Ability to communicate effectively and clearly and appropriately direct and synthesize communications.

    + Planning and project management skills .

    Compensation Overview:

    Princeton - NJ - US: $90,190 - $109,283

     

    The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
