Job Title:** **Kit packager

**Location:** Stillwater, MN

Job Overview:

The Picker will be responsible for accurately selecting products from the warehouse based on pick sheets and RF scanner instructions, preparing them for shipment. This role requires consistent lifting (30 lbs), attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Pick products using RF scan guns and manual pick sheets

+ Place items on pallets for shipping

+ Maintain accurate counts and inventory records

+ Operate manual pallet jacks (electric pallet jack/forklift experience is a plus)

+ Work in a cleanroom environment and wear a smock

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

+ 1+ year of RF scanning experience

+ Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word)

+ Strong counting, reading, and writing skills

+ Clear communication skills

+ Ability to lift 30 lbs consistently

+ Energetic and fast-paced work style

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

+ Experience with FedEx or UPS shipping systems

+ SAP inventory system knowledge

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
