Quality Control Inspector Paying $30/hr!

Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Quality Control Inspector to ensure the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes. You will utilize various inspection tools to measure and assess incoming products, ensuring they meet the required specifications.

Responsibilities

+ Measure and inspect incoming products using inspection tools such as Calipers, Height Gauges, Plug Gauges, Pin Gauges, Durometer Tester, Hardness Tester, Surface Tester, Keyence Imaging Comparators, Keyence CMM, Faro Laser Tracker, and Romer Arm Scanner.

+ Conduct quality control and assurance tasks to maintain product standards.

+ Perform visual inspections and quality checks using blueprints and gages.

+ Document and report inspection results and any deviations from quality standards.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in using inspection tools such as Calipers, Micrometers, and various gauges.

+ Strong understanding of quality control and assurance processes.

+ Ability to perform visual inspections and interpret blueprints.

+ At least 3 years of quality control experience in a manufacturing environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with Quality Inspection and Quality Check procedures.

+ Familiarity with micrometer and visual inspection techniques.

Work Environment

You will work within a quality lab that is climate controlled, located in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Prairie, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
