Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising, coaching, and scheduling a team of 7-10 direct employees involved in warehouse and freight operations. You will manage a few thousand SKUs and oversee all inventory management processes using ERP systems. Additionally, you will ensure the timely and accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing shipments, typically involving 3-4 trucks per day. This role requires monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Responsibilities

+ Supervise, coach, and schedule warehouse staff of 7-10 employees.

+ Manage a few thousand SKUs and oversee inventory management processes.

+ Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.

+ Utilize ERP systems to track inventory levels and manage stock.

+ Monitor KPIs to identify opportunities for process improvement.

+ Manage shipping and receiving operations.

+ Oversee cycle counts and inventory reconciliations.

Essential Skills

+ 3–5+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in manufacturing/distribution.

+ Experience in inventory management, shipping and receiving, and cycle counts.

+ Proficiency in ERP systems.

+ Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.

+ Leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in the automotive or transmission remanufacturing industries is strongly preferred.

+ Ability to lift and move inventory items up to 50lbs.

This is a Permanent position based out of Odessa, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.

80 hours of PTO accrued

M/D/V after 60 days

401k with no match

7 holidays throughout the year.
