Job Title: HVAC Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician for our facility in Minerva, OH. The role requires working on the 2nd shift (3 PM - 11 PM) or 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 AM) and involves diagnosing and repairing a variety of HVAC systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

+ Diagnose commercial chillers.

+ Diagnose rooftop and mini-split HVAC units.

+ Diagnose firing furnaces.

+ Diagnose refrigeration equipment.

+ Diagnose dehumidification systems.

+ Provide service for makeup air units.

+ Perform preventative maintenance.

+ Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC systems.

+ Perform maintenance on refrigeration and gas systems.

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical components.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 3 years of industrial HVAC experience, with 5+ years preferred.

+ Ability to diagnose furnaces, chillers, and HVAC units.

+ High school diploma or GED.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Journeyman's card or certificate is a plus.

+ R19 or R23 certifications are advantageous.

+ Experience in an aerospace manufacturing facility is beneficial.

Work Environment

Work in a larger union facility offering unlimited overtime, with a 20-minute paid lunch and 1-3 ten-minute paid breaks. Must be open to all shifts due to union bidding, with training starting on the 1st shift. The facility is part of a global leader in investment casting, contributing to significant aerospace and industrial projects.

This is a Permanent position based out of Minerva, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $69804.80/yr.
