    Overview

     

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Intern to join our team and support key Human Resource functions. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced construction environment while contributing to meaningful HR processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy

    + Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes

    + Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with legal and company standards

    + Process employee changes and assist with employment verifications

    + Support HR team members and assist with various administrative projects

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    + Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
