Job Title:

Swiss Machinist

Permanent | Direct Hire

Pay Range:

Hourly $30-40/hr Bonus: Monthly

production bonus up to 4% of salary

Job Description:

A leading manufacturer in the medical device industry is seeking a Swiss Machinist for a direct hire opportunity. This role offers excellent benefits, a clean and modern facility, and the chance to work in a collaborative environment focused on innovation and quality.

Job Duties:

+ Setup and operate Citizen and Star Swiss machines

+ Perform setups, load programs, make edits, change tools, and troubleshoot

+ Edit programs using Gibbscam software on Fanuc controls

+ Manage high production runs (1,500–2,000 parts) with 2–3 setups weekly

+ Read and interpret machining prints

+ Collaborate with engineering and design teams to improve tooling and final products

+ Conduct in-process inspections and maintain quality standards

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62000.00 - $83000.00/yr.

- Monthly production bonus up to 4% of salary

- Very nice facility with very nice lunch/break room with a market on site where they can purchase food, snacks and drinks

- Once a month, they do a $500 Safety drawing for all employees (Including contractors) for people who demonstrate the best safety practices on the floor

- They do free ice cream usually once a month for all employees (contractors too!)

- They have walking trails all around so on breaks or lunch, people can utilize them if they want too

- Once a year, they have a shoe truck come on site for full time employees and they can purchase steel toed or safety shoes for discounted rates
