• Welder/Fabricator- 1st Shift

    Now hiring a Welder/Fabricator in Waynesboro, PA

    • Location: Waynesboro, PA

    • Pay Rate: $20–$26/hour (based on interview and weld test)

    • Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

    + Read and interpret blueprints from various manufacturing sites.

    + Lay out and fit parts and components prior to welding.

    + Perform MIG, GMAW, and FCAW welding on:

    + Mild steel

    + Carbon steel

    + Aluminum

    + Stainless steel

    + Galvanized steel

    + Grind and polish welds to meet inspection standards.

    + Operate overhead cranes, jib cranes, hoists, and sit-down forklifts.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    + Proven experience in structural steel welding.

    + Ability to pass a hands-on weld test during the interview process.

    + Proficiency in blueprint reading and shop math.

    + Skilled in using fabrication equipment for cutting, bending, and grinding.

    + Experience welding carbon steel from 1/8" to 4" using .035/.045/.052 wire.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
