    Machine Operator - Lamination

    **Location:** Elk grove Village

    **Shift:** 3rd Shift (5:45 PM - 6:15 AM)

    **Pay** : $21.10 - $23.10

     

    Overview

     

    Join our fast-paced production team as a Lamination Operator, where your attention to detail and mechanical skills will help ensure our products meet the highest standards.     Key responsibilities include:

    + Setting up and operating machinery for core cutting and roll wrapping

    + Cutting cores to size for slitting jobs

    + Weighing, labeling, and palletizing plastic rolls

    + Performing final inspections to ensure quality

    + Assisting Slitter Operators during breaks

    + Completing production paperwork accurately

    + Following all safety and food safety protocols

    What We’re Looking For

    + We’re seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals with:

    + At least 1 year of manufacturing experience

    + Ability to read and take accurate measurements

    + Basic English skills (read, write, speak)

    + Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently

    Work Environment

    + 500,000 sq. ft. clean, organized facility

    + Modern breakrooms with self-serve vending

    + PPE Required: Safety shoes, hair net, ear plugs, safety glasses

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.10 - $23.10/hr.
