Join Our Team as a Skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician in Golden, CO

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Range: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Facilities Maintenance Technician** to join our team in an industrial shop setting. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. You’ll work closely with a small, collaborative team to ensure our facilities and equipment are operating efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Troubleshoot and maintain 5-ton HVAC units; install HVAC wall units.

+ Perform plumbing tasks including snaking pipes over 50 feet and replacing P-traps and faucets.

+ Conduct electrical maintenance such as replacing ballasts, outlets, and light bulbs.

+ Operate general shop equipment and tools.

+ Use mid-size fabrication and machining equipment (mills, lathes).

+ Execute woodworking and carpentry tasks with precision.

+ Work with various plumbing materials: copper, black iron, stainless steel, and PVC.

+ Safely operate forklifts, skid steers, and tractors.

Qualifications:

+ 5–10+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and general building upkeep.

+ Proficiency with shop tools and fabrication equipment.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:

You’ll be working in an industrial shop alongside a small team in a millwright-style setting. The role is physically active and requires comfort with machinery and tools in a hands-on environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
