    Job Title: HVAC Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, responsible for delivering, installing, and repairing HVAC units specifically for the Homebuilder Division. This role requires professional communication with customers, managers, and sales engineers to effectively schedule deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls.

    Responsibilities

    + Deliver, install, and repair HVAC units for the Homebuilder Division.

    + Communicate professionally with customers, managers, and sales engineers to schedule deliveries, pick-ups, and service calls.

    + Install flexible gas hose on both propane and natural gas applications.

    + Implement proper and safe procedures to check gas connections.

    + Service and rebuild used HVAC units during summer months.

    + Install HVAC units during winter months.

    + Maintain accurate records and tracking of in-stock and rented equipment.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in HVAC service, troubleshooting, mechanical repair, and installation.

    + Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience.

    + EPA certification.

    + Ability to work with electrical components.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Basic electrical experience is preferred; training will be provided.

    + Proficiency in using hand tools.

    + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    + Physical ability to lift up to 88 pounds.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeville, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
