Job Title: Maintenance Helper-$20-21/hr!

Job Description

This position involves basic labor tasks essential for maintaining the facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, organizing, and ensuring smooth operations by moving materials and building racking systems.

Responsibilities

+ Clean and organize the facility regularly.

+ Move materials throughout the facility efficiently.

+ Build and organize racking systems.

+ Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Essential Skills

+ Experience as a construction or maintenance laborer.

+ Proficiency in using material handling equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.

+ Ability to clean and organize materials effectively.

+ Strong facility maintenance skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in maintenance is a significant advantage.

+ Handyman skills are beneficial.

+ Knowledge of building maintenance and preventive maintenance.

+ Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.

+ Proficiency with hand tools.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
