Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform comprehensive troubleshooting and repairs on facility and production equipment, including injection molding machines, assembly equipment, conveyor systems, and robotics. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate with operator teams and support team-related maintenance activities. You will also access computer records relating to preventative maintenance using PCs and related software, and perform housekeeping duties within your work area, including production and facility maintenance areas.
Responsibilities
+ Complete full troubleshooting and repairs on facility and production equipment.
+ Communicate effectively with operator teams regarding facility and equipment.
+ Participate in and support team-related maintenance activities.
+ Access computer records for preventative maintenance using PCs and related software.
+ Perform housekeeping duties within work areas, including taking out the garbage and general cleaning.

+ Schematic interpretation
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ 5 years of maintenance experience on injection molding equipment.
+ 5 years of HVAC/Building maintenance.
+ Must provide own tools and toolbox.
+ 5 years of heavy hydraulic machinery maintenance.

Work in a clean and comfortable manufacturing environment on the first shift from 6am to 2:30pm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of McHenry, Illinois.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $83000.00/yr.
