Job Title: Trim/Finish Carpenter *URGENT* $24-32/hour (based on experience)

Job Description

The Trim/Finish Carpenter will play a key role in delivering high-quality craftsmanship on residential projects, ensuring that each space not only meets but exceeds client expectations. Executing complex carpentry work, this position is ideal for a highly skilled individual who is passionate about precision, leadership, and creating stunning, functional spaces. Responsibilities

+ Daily carpentry operations on job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

+ Perform high-end carpentry work, including framing, trim work, cabinetry, and custom woodwork.

+ Read and interpret blueprints, design plans, and technical drawings to execute tasks with precision.

+ Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure alignment with the overall vision and design of the project.

+ Supervise and mentor junior carpenters and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed.

+ Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and building codes.

+ Conduct quality control inspections to ensure workmanship meets high standards.

+ Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to project managers and relevant stakeholders.

Essential Skills

+ Master-level experience in carpentry.

+ Strong skills in construction, finish carpentry, and rough carpentry.

+ Ability to interface professionally with homeowners.

+ Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.

+ Experience in commercial construction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in residential construction.

+ Ability to represent the company professionally while working in homes where families reside.
