Now hiring a CNC Maintenance Technician in Fort Loudon, PA.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves providing emergency and scheduled repairs of production equipment, reading and interpreting equipment manuals, and performing facility repairs as needed. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment and support Safety First initiatives.

Pay Rate: $27+/hour based on experience

Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

Responsibilities

+ Provide emergency or scheduled repairs of production equipment.

+ Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.

+ Repair or replace defective parts and examine form and texture of parts to identify imperfections.

+ Perform housekeeping functions to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

+ Troubleshoot and repair equipment.

+ Perform facility repairs as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Blueprint reading

+ Inventory management

+ Experience with mills and CNC machines

+ Proficiency in CNC repair and troubleshooting

Work Environment

The work environment consists of a new building equipped with brand-new CNC, welding, and painting booth areas. It's a clean, detailed shop with a strong emphasis on 5S practices. The team includes approximately 25 employees across three shifts. Safety is prioritized with requirements for long pants, steel-toed shoes, and provided safety glasses and uniforms.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
